An app or a mobile website?
Many needs are met by a fast, responsive website, which costs less to build and needs no app store review. We recommend an app when the product needs device features, offline use or repeat engagement that the web can’t deliver well, and we say which in the first review.

How we choose the technology

The choice is made during scoping and written down with its reasons, so it can be checked later.

Lintel has no public mobile app to show yet. We don’t present unpublished projects as proof, so this page describes the service, not past results. The web and API engineering behind it is visible in Snow / Motion and in our founder’s Shopify apps.

- Do you build native iOS and Android apps?
- We build cross-platform apps that run on both from one codebase. If your app needs a fully native build, we tell you in the first review.
- Can the app use our Shopify store?
- Yes. Shopify’s Storefront API gives an app access to products, carts and checkout, and we plan that integration as part of the build.
- Who owns the app store listings?
- We recommend publishing under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, so the listings are yours. We handle the builds and the submission.
