Scope of the build
- 15,000+
- designs in the ready-to-press library
- 22 × 240 in
- biggest gang sheet a customer can order
- 5 AM
- cut-off for next-day dispatch, shown across the store
- 01The problem
Two audiences share the same storefront.
Some customers arrive with finished artwork and want gang sheets as large as 22 by 240 inches; others want to choose from over 15,000 ready-to-press designs. Next-day dispatch depends on a 5 AM cut-off that customers must be able to trust, and the wholesale blanks, stickers and leather goods on sale must not get in the way of someone ordering transfers.
- Artwork uploads and library browsing, served side by side without mixing the two audiences
- A dispatch deadline that t-shirt sellers schedule their own work around
- A broad range in which transfers always come first
- 02The architecture
Theme sections shaped around the constraints.
A stock apparel template has no place for very large sheet products, a library of thousands of designs or a fixed daily deadline. Gencer customized the store’s Liquid theme and added sections for each of those needs. The gang sheet builder is a third-party app; the theme work sits around it.
- Liquid sections that take customers from artwork upload to ordering sheets as large as 22 × 240 in, all inside the theme
- Collection templates with filters, structured so a library of more than 15,000 designs stays quick to scan
- A single deadline-and-dispatch component, reused on product pages and in the cart
- 03The experience
Navigation that leads with transfers.
The menu opens on DTF transfers. Leather goods, blank apparel and UV DTF stickers remain close at hand without competing for the first click.
- 04The performance
Performance
Collection templates were built for scanning thousands of designs quickly.
- 05The outcome
The dispatch deadline stays in view until checkout.
Instead of a sentence on the homepage, the 5 AM cut-off is part of the theme: the same component appears on product pages and again in the cart.
