Flamora Marble: selling unique stone abroad
When every piece is unique and ships by freight, the product page must build trust before the buyer asks.

Heavy, one-of-a-kind goods sold across borders raise a trust problem: every piece differs, and each one is costly to ship. Flamora Marble, working in natural stone since 2005, is the case in point. Its sinks each carry distinct veining, and bathtubs or mantels cut from one block, often made to order, go to homeowners and designers in a number of countries. Gencer’s theme customization let photography lead while practical detail stayed near it: templates per category for mantels, console tables, sinks and bathtubs, a dedicated commission route, and product pages that set close-up images beside notes on dimensions, care and material.
The problem
A buyer overseas must trust both the maker and the material before paying for a unique piece that is costly to ship.
The storefront pattern
- Templates for the sink, bathtub, fireplace mantel and console table categories, with commissions given a route of their own
- Product pages in an editorial style that set close-up stone photos beside notes on material, care and dimensions
- Lazy loading and responsive art direction so the large stone images stay manageable
- Delivery, payment and support information plus an enquiry flow, positioned close to where the buyer decides
